March 20, 2017
Join us in Warm Springs for two days of informative training that explores the challenges and successes in overcoming tribal law enforcement jurisdictional barriers.  During this conference experts will share how they are successfully working to break down barriers that limit tribal law enforcement jurisdictional authority. Highlighted in the conference will be Oregon’s historic approach to successfully overcoming the barriers that have limited Oregon’s tribal law enforcement authority.  This conference will feature experts representing tribal and non-tribal law enforcement, legal services, policy makers, tribal council, and elected representatives. All public safety stakeholders both tribal and non-tribal are encouraged to attend.
