Title: Tribal Resolution Adult Detention Agreement with the Gila County Sheriff’s Office

Description:

Tribal Council approved an Intergovernmental Service Agreement for Housing Detainees with the Gila County Sheriff's Office to provide for the detention and care of detainees detained under the authority of the Tonto Apache Tribe at the Gila County Detention Facility. This agreement was made because the Tribe does not have its own detention facilities to house detainees who are under the authority of the Tribe.
